The welfare of all earth citizens should be the primary goal of the

A person is in charge of a center for short period of time.

person is but a trusted servant.

And does not govern, control, censor information.

Or the actions of volunteers.

The only requirement to be an Community Center volunteer.

person should be excluded from any meeting or center for any reason.
