And who makes the profit inside or outside their community.

This will eliminate banks, individuals, companies and countries...

From being able to hide money in government sponsored banks...

Where they don't reveal the name of the depositor...

Or the source of their income.

The policy of governments that let people hide astronomical...

Amounts of money...

In banks that launder... Reshuffle or recycle money...

Help encourage all kinds of criminal behavior...

Within governments, large companies, and individuals.

Locally controlled banks will also help eliminate large money institutions...

That tend to fall apart because of greed.

And then WE the people, are then forced...

Through manipulated government policies...

to Bail ( banks and money lenders ) Out

Through large tax increases... Enforced by ( said same ) government policies...

Governments, military machinery... That enforce such corrupt shenanigans.

Create wholesale world banking fraud, backed by government policies...

That manipulates and then eliminates...

Pension funds and the life savings of many earth citizens.

These wrongs must be corrected... Because these policies are killing...

The earth, its people and all our children.

And...

No One Person or Groups of People...

Are held accountable...

For these criminal acts.

Create pollution... or any investments of any kind...

That cause earth unfriendly money making schemes...

That cause problems for others... And they...

Will eventually cause revolutions and needless violence.

These revolutions caused by high taxation...

(with little or no representation of the people)

Outrageous behavior by bank officials and bank policies...

"made up" To get as much money as possible...

From depositors and borrowers...

Banking practices that steal from the poor... And give to the rich...

Will eventually bring banks and governments to their own demise.

Through a world network of Community Centers...

All earth citizens can help create a situation globally...

That will make it possible for all people...

To own or share land, have a home...

And the other necessities of life...

Along with enjoying earth friendly banks.

Once all people have the necessities of life...

Crimes and criminal behavior against society will diminish...

And a slower, more peaceful, sharing life style will emerge.

All of humanity... And a peaceful planet.

Community Centers should remain neutral and not promote or detract...

From any religion, myths, or philosophy...

Because they help the spiritual progress of different people in different ways.

This partial, diverse, ongoing philosophy... Is an attempt to bring together...

Some of the many basic human values... Necessary for a peaceful planet.

This is only a guide...

And hopefully reflect a spirit of service...

Understanding and love for each other.

To assure and protect their own...

Individual freedoms, civil, human and equal rights.

NO INDIVIDUAL IS FREE ON THIS PLANET

UNTIL

ALL EARTH CITIZENS ARE FREE

2.   Each human being is born with equal rights.

The absolute right to pursue...

Love, life, liberty, freedom of speech, freedom of assembly...

Equal and inexpensive justice, a fair trial by a jury of his or her peers...

Meaningful employment, quality education...

Land, housing, food, clothing,...

Professional affordable health care...

Freedom to travel the earth without fear... Etc.

3. Each human being has the right to grow spiritually...

Using any spiritual force, myth, or religion of their individual choice.

Human beings should strive for an attitude of no prejudice...

Toward another human being...

Because of...

Where on earth they were born, what their physical appearance might be...

The pigmentation of a persons skin, their religious affiliation...

Or any other taught or learned prejudicial reason.

Prejudices have been taught to all children and are a part of all societies, and people.

Most prejudices are passed on from one generation to the next...

And are difficult but not impossible...

To reduce or eliminate completely.

Video and movie discussion groups...

And reverse role plays and reverse role playing...

Can expose the destructiveness of prejudicial thinking.

Prejudices are sometimes very subtle...

And it takes inner soul searching... To find them...

And eliminate it from our lives.

We must stand up for each other...

And expose how prejudices have effected people in the past...

And how this cycle of thinking can be addressed.

This exposure should be a part of all education systems.

Once prejudices are exposed... Through many mediums.

These lifestyles and thinking patterns should be replaced...

With a new, individual, global commitment...

To civil and equal rights for all people...

Creating justice, freedom... And a more peaceful planet...

For all earth citizens.

4. Through the centers, people can assist and encourage each other...

In their pursuit of happiness...

Create new ways for all people to receive the necessities of life...

And defend the absolute right of all earth citizens...

To follow their dream...

Of a better life, individually and as earth citizens.

5. The Community Centers spirit of cooperation...

And service to others...

Can positively affect all human beings and the planet.

This spirit can introduce adventure, drama, good feelings, compassion...

And hope to all people, everywhere.

Problems created by human beings...

Can be solved by men, women and children...

Living the life of the peaceful warrior... United together to solve problems...

That effect all people on earth.

6. Each earth citizens spiritual and physical daily work objective...

Can help bring together... All the necessities of life...

For all earth citizens...

And lift up the standard of living... For everyone in a variety of ways.

7. Earth citizens in combination with their Community Centers...

And a new United Nations commitment...

Can work on solutions that will keep us all...

From the absurdity of war.

It is suggested that each individual citizens and citizens as neighborhood groups...

Of every country step back and look into our collective past...

So that we can better realize...

What we are doing to ourselves and our children's future.

We should look into our hearts, exchange feelings with each other...

And ask ourselves...

Why are we doing what we now do...

What motivates us...

How can we change for the better...

What really makes us happy...

And why do we do what we do to survive.

Once these ideas are looked into... WE can then collectively...

Learn how to live happier, healthier and at a slower, more peaceful pace...

Without polluting the earth... In a world without war...

8. Earth citizens should refuse, on an individual level, to use anything...

Or be involved with any work, individual, government, installation or business...

That is detrimental to the planet earth... Or its people.

This includes individual people and volunteers reducing the use of...

Or completely eliminating anything...

Including governments...

That negatively affect the earth or its people.

People losing their jobs and/or putting their lives on the line...

For these principles and ideals...

Ought to be welcomed with the highest regards...

By Community Centers and volunteers.

The centers should be open and willing to help such courageous individuals...

With the tasks of reconstructing their lives...

And secure earth friendly employment... And new living arrangements.

The assistance to these people should be a gift.

There should be a resounding thank you from all earth citizens...

And centers... For setting a positive example for others to follow.

9. The earth is every human beings living space...

And at this point in time...

It would be quite embarrassing...

To have cosmos travelers...

From other planets...

Over for a visit.

It would be hard and embarrassing to explain why...

We treat each other... And the planet... The way we do.

Because it is our world...

United earth citizens can pretend...

Travelers from another galaxy...

Are coming the first full moon of January...

This year.

Together we can follow through with new ideas for...

Earth and people saving projects.

We can put in place Community Centers around the world...

We can pick up our own mess around us...

And share with each other, everything.

We can definitely... Put a stop to all wars...

And the thinking that causes war...

In the home... Between neighbors...

Or between people from individual countries.

And...

For who's to say...

Maybe cosmos travelers... Are already on their way.
